All personal information that you provide will be safely stored and will not be of any use other than order shipment.

INTEGRITY
All efforts are made to accurately photograph the finishes and colors of products. Slight variances can sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual product. Please keep in mind that everything is handmade and glazes/colors may vary.

SHIPPING
At the moment shipping is in the US only. Shipping is via USPS and takes usually 7-10 days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your item ships.
For shipping outside of the US please contact via e-mail.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
I want to make sure every piece is perfect for you. If you are unhappy with an item, you can return any new, undamaged piece within 30 days of delivery in the original packaging. Simply send an e-mail at karinluzonstudio@gmail.com and I can assist with the return.
DAMAGED GOODS
The items are carefully packed and checked before shipping. Please check your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. All damage claims must be made via e-mail within 7 days.
Please state your reason for exchange and provide pictures of damage or defect. Since all pieces are made thoughtfully and individually, usually it is not possible to exchange to the same item but I will always try to make an alternative suggestion.

RETURNS
Send an e-mail stating the reason for return and order details. You can request a return shipping label with U.S. orders. If you choose to use this, the amount will be deducted from your refund amount. Or, you can take your return package to the shipping carrier of your choice.
I recommend a return shipping method that allows you to track the package to make sure that it reaches back. Because I cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, I recommend you insure your package. Postage and insurance costs, as well as original shipping charges, are not refundable. Pack your return in a sturdy box with adequate padding to protect the item.
REFUNDS
I will send you an email notification that I have received your return. If your return is approved, i will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note, processing can take up to three weeks for returns.
